Horseshoe Crabs
ACTION ALERT! Your help is needed to ensure New York seizes a historic opportunity to safeguard horseshoe crab populations. In June, the New York Senate and Assembly passed legislation (S.3185 / A.10140) that prohibits the harvest of horseshoe crabs for commercial or biomedical purposes. All that’s left is for Governor Hochul to sign the legislation into law!

Our Education Programs
Seatuck’s education programs exposes attendees to the diversity, beauty, and wonder of our natural world. We offer a variety of public programs for pre-school children, students, adults, and families. We train teachers and professionals, including through the Greentree Teachers’ Ecology Workshop. We also provide private programs for schools, early child care providers, scouts, businesses, senior centers, and more!
